Attending Wikimania 2024, the annual conference that brings together contributors from across the globe to celebrate and discuss Wikimedia projects, was an eye-opening experience for me. While I had always understood Wikimedia’s commitment to free knowledge, it was during this event that I truly realized the pivotal and fundamental role that young people play in promoting this mission.
