Write women from Aotearoa into Wikipedia in this Editathon. Join and contribute all weekend or just for an hour. New editors will get help.
To acknowledge International Women’s Day on Tuesday the 8th of March the New Zealand Wikipedia Usergroup are holding a weekend edit-a-thon on 5th and 6th March 2022. Women are only 19% of all biographies in Wikipedia. We are going to make a difference.
It is online – participate as it suits – as a two day marathon or for a short time.
The dashboard for the event starts at 9am New Zealand Daylight time on Saturday 5 March and finishes at 9pm on Sunday 6 March. New Zealand daylight time is currently 13 hours ahead of UTC. (UTC+13:00).
