What is this clinic about?
Calilu is an initiative that was supported by Movement Strategy grants. Its mission was to foment new forms of leadership. It developed into an interesting methodology to incentivise new leadership to collaborate and work as a network, developing impactful work on and off Wiki. In this session, we will look at the methodology through a practical exercise and introduce an example of a real project that was developed.

Come prepared to share a real project or a project idea related to Wikimedia projects. You can read this document as well.

How collaborative project development is useful and the skills that can be developed, such as collaboration, adaptability, and participatory decision-making.
