Panel discussion on Latinx identity, hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation

In honor of Latinx Heritage Month, this virtual panel (which will be streamed live on YouTube) explores Latinx identity, the challenges to characterize it, and how it can be conceived from a broader vision that includes the perspective of the communities of origin in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Speakers include:

Oscar A. Chacón is a co-founder and executive director of Alianza Americas.
Claudia Romo Edelman is a social entrepreneur, an advocate and a catalyst for change.
Mariana Fossatti is the Decolonizing Wikipedia coordinator of Whose Knowledge?
Regina Crespo. D. in Social History (University of São Paulo); M.A. in Literature and B.A. in Social Sciences (University of Campinas).
