We are excited to announce the dates for the next round of the Wikimedia Community Fund and Alliance Fund.
We will continue to stagger the rounds based on the regions, however we will complete the Alliance Fund during the same timeline.
If you are interested in applying we encourage you to reach out to the Program Officer as soon as possible so they can support you through the application process.
A number of resources have been created for applicants and are available on meta in the Knowledge Sharing & Development page including:
- Application Guidelines: Access to application guides and questions in various languages
- Fluxx registration tutorials: Learn how to register and use the Fluxx Grantee Portal
- Learning & Evaluation tutorials: Video instructions on learning and evaluation
- Recommendations for developing fund proposals for Campaigns, GLAM, Education and Alliances
We are currently reviewing the lessons learned and engaging with committee members and applicants for the first round and plan to share with the community an analysis once it has been completed.
Latin America & The Caribbean, US/Canada, Central Eastern Europe/Central Asia and Middle East and Africa we follow the timeline for both Wikimedia Community Fund and Alliances Fund.
