♻️ QAnswer: query Wikidata in natural language

♻️ This event is part of the Wikidata Data Reuse Days 2022.
Parts of Wikidata’s knowledge is used by smart assistants like Google Assistant, Siri and Alexa. We will describe how it is possible to access Wikidata via QAnswer in a similar way as smart assistants do. QAnswer is a question answering engine that is able to convert natural language request into SPARQL queries. This allows to access structured Knowledge Graphs like Wikidata by non expert users. We will show example questions that can be answered using Wikidata and explain on a high level the technology that is behind.
