Let’s Connect Learning Clinic: Events Registration Tool

 What is this Learning Clinic for? 

• The Learning Clinic is designed to introduce the Event Registration tool and its benefits to WikiForHumanRights Organizers, Wikimedians, and participants who are interested in running and participating in events.
• It will demonstrate how to create pages in the event namespace, enable registration on your event pages, manage your participant list, attain the Event Organizer right, and more!
• Provide steps on how to connect with other organizers and the Campaigns team for skill-sharing and personal development.

 What do participants need to prepare?

Prerequisites:

This learning clinic is targeted at Organizers running local activities for the WikiForHumanRights 2024 campaign, including other movement campaigns, and Wikimedians interested in organizing events.

• No advanced training is required! However, you are encouraged to explore the Event Registration tool and its criteria prior to the clinic, if possible, to gain a contextual understanding.
• Prepare any questions or scenarios where they seek clarification or wish to explore the tool’s capabilities further.
