Let’s Connect Learning Clinic: From your Theory of Change to your metrics

 What is this session for? 50% of grantees say they have difficulties developing their Theory of Change and Learning and Evaluation plan (which includes defining metrics). This Clinics hopes to provide some guidance on how to develop or improve your Theory of Change and to design metrics that will be useful for learning about your work. We will do this through case examples and peer learning. 
Learning outcomes: 

Participants will be able to develop or adjust their theory of change based on tips shared in the session and peer feedback.

Participants will be able to translate a few of their outcomes to core and open metrics. 

What to prepare (Very important!):
Required: Watch this video on building your theory of change and thinking about metrics. Bring a draft of your theory of change and proposed metrics. You can use this template.Optional: See examples of Theory of Change and metrics from peers in the Movement: [Optional resource] Peer examples
