Let’s Connect Learning Clinic: Identifying and managing team and volunteer burnout

What is this?
As part of the Let’s Connect peer learning program, we are organising this Learning Clinic (workshop) with Natacha Rault, the Executive Director of Les sans pagEs to talk about identifying the signs of burnout in teams and volunteers and some tools and skills to be supportive in these situations.
How should I prepare? You can come prepared by reading some material beforehand about burnout and listening. We recommend reviewing this material beforehand https://chayn.gitbook.io/the-good-friend-guide/english on how to listen.
When? Friday, February 17th, from 3-5 pm UTC via zoom. The link and google calendar invite will be sent after you register. The main language of the session will be English with French, Spanish and Portuguese interpretations. If you need any other languages, please let us know via email: letsconnectteam@wikimedia.org.
