What is this Learning Clinic for? Building your organization’s plan and strategy
A bottom-up strategic planning requires methodologies committed to community-led processes. Studying the case of Wiki Movimento Brasil Strategy, the learning clinic will provide useful ideas, routes, and resources to wikimedians eager to design a collaborative strategic planning within their communities.
What do I need to prepare? Read the short visual version of Wiki Movimento Brasil Strategic Manifesto (in English, but also available in Portuguese and Spanish)
Learning outcomes:
- Organizational resources by an Inspirational case of strategic planning
- Understand what is a Theory of Change and why it is important to your organisation’s plan and strategy
- Envision ways to adapt the global Movement Strategy into contextualised implementation plan
- Be inspired by possible ways to assess the needs, consult, and empower community members regarding strategic planning
The session will by in English with Spanish, French and Portuguese translation.
